- Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited. By using Jumpstart you agree that a violation of this clause will result in a monetary penalty of $100,000USD per incident.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
- Payments for courses and subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a course is unavailable due to technical issues caused by us.
- Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial usage.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course content, materials, logos, and branding on Jumpstart are the intellectual property of Zaivio LLC or its content providers.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission. By using Jumpstart you agree that a violation of this clause will result in a monetary penalty of $100,000USD per incident.
7. Prohibited Conduct
By using Jumpstart, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Share or distribute unauthorized copies of course materials.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Jumpstart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee specific results from our courses.
- Zaivio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
10. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Jumpstart at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activities, or any actions deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
